How do I buy/gift a Gift Certificate on ElderEase?
  • Enter the name and email address of the person you want to send the ElderEase Gift Certificate to.
  • Enter any value between ` 500 and ` 10,000 for the gift certificate and proceed to pay.
  • You’ll now see the payment options. You can pay by Credit Card/Debit Card/ATM Card/Netbanking. Proceed to pay using your preferred choice. If you need to make any changes to the Gift Certificate value, you can always click “Edit” to modify it.
How do I make a payment on the Website using the Gift Certificate?
  • Go to www.eldereaseindia.com and select the items you want to purchase. When you are ready to checkout, click on “____”
  • Select the “Pay By Gift Certificate” option.
  • Enter your Gift Certificate ID and the Pin associated with it.
If the Gift Certificate value doesn’t cover your Order total, you will be prompted to select an additional payment method.
  • Does my Gift Certificate expire?
  • The Gift Certificate shall expire 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Can I use discount coupons while using my Gift Certificate?
  • Yes, you may apply a discount coupon while using your Gift Certificate.
  • Is there a limit on how many Gift Certificates that can be used per Order?
  • You may use only 1 Gift Certificate per order.
What Terms & Conditions apply to Gift Certificates?
  1. The Gift Certificate may be redeemed for purchase on www.eldereaseindia.com only.
  2. The Gift Certificate may be purchased only using the Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking systems of payment.
  3. Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase other Gift Certificates.
  4. If the order value exceeds the Gift Certificate amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking. Cash on Delivery payment option cannot be used to pay the balance amount
  5. If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Certificate, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same Gift Certificate and can be used for subsequent transactions
  6. Gift Certificates will expire after 6 months from the date of issue and any corresponding unused balance shall be forfeited thereafter.
  7. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit
  8. You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Certificates. ElderEaseIndia.com or Sambhav Healthcare Solutions Pvt. Ltd. are not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if card is lost, stolen or used without permission. Once the Gift Certificate has been sent to you, you are bound to protect the Gift Certificate PIN and the Gift Certificate ID as confidential. In the event of any misuse of Gift Certificate due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser or an act of a third party, ElderEaseIndia.com or Sambhav Healthcare Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for the same and no refund can be issued.
  9. Any product purchased through the Gift Certificate shall attract the applicability of all the policies on the ElderEase website.
  10. Validity of Gift Certificates cannot be extended and new Gift Certificates cannot be provided against the expired/unused Gift Certificates.
  11. In the event the beneficiary/Know Your Customer (KYC) details as per Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient, ElderEaseIndia.com/Sambhav Healthcare Solutions Pvt. Ltd. retains the right to cancel the Gift Certificate issued.
  12. Gift Certificates are a Prepaid Instruments subjected to regulations by Reserve Bank of India. ElderEaseIndia.com/Sambhav Healthcare Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will be legally required to share the details of the purchase of the Gift Certificates and transaction undertaken using the Gift Certificate. The issuer is also required to share the Know Your Customer (KYC) details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Certificate with RBI or such statutory authorities, as per statutory guidelines issued from time to time. ElderEaseIndia.com/Sambhav Healthcare Solutions Pvt. Ltd. may contact the purchaser of the Gift Certificate in this regard.
  13. Gift Certificates cannot be resold.

Q. How do I buy/gift a Gift Certificate on ElderEase?

  • Add the certificate to your cart, and proceed to pay.

Q. How do I redeem the Gift Certificate on the Website?

  • To redeem a gift certificate, you will have to create an account with us.
  • After signing in, you may go to your “My Account” page and click on the “Redeem Gift Certificate” and enter your unique gift certificate code and the PIN associated with it.
  • This will automatically credit the gift certificate amount to your wallet which can then be redeemed on checkout.
  • If the amount in your wallet is insufficient for the payment, you may choose to make the balance payment via the payment options offered on our website.

Q. Does my Gift Certificate expire?

  • The Gift Certificate shall expire 1 year from the date of issue.

Q. Can I use discount coupons while using my Gift Certificate?

  • Yes, you may apply a discount coupon while using your Gift Certificate.

Q. Is there a limit on how many Gift Certificates that can be used per Order?

  • No. In order to encash your Gift Certificate, you have to credit the same to your wallet. Thus, there is no limit on how many gift certificates can be used per order.
